FRV100 E-vento has been doubtlessly the most innovative electric oven model on the market in recent years. Presented at the most significant international exhibitions, it can operate without any flue pipes. It is extremely fast in the baking phase and has a capacity of at least 5-6 pizzas with a diamater of 30 cm. It offers a product identical to that of the live coals oven, preserving its attractive aesthetic appearance, and is easy to operate.

Economical in the use of consumables, this model is ideal for pizzas which require higher quality of preparation, from the traditional pizza to the pizza delivered at home in combination with the traditional restaurant menu or as a special addition to the bar. With a production capacity of about 100 pizzas per hour, it needs to be operated by at least two professional cooks in order to reach the maximum level of exploitation. Actually, despite its limited outer dimensions, its parameters are principally better than those of a skillful professional pizza cook. Outfitted with a conventionally heated rotating bedplate, it guarantees, thanks to a system patented by our enterprise, the reaching of a minimum temperature that ensures uniformity in baking. The artificially circulated airflow optimizes baking and decreases the expenses. Its refractory body, amounting to about 900 kg, and the specially developed geometric shape of the inside area guarantee the reaching of matchless temperature stability. Within 12 hours, the temperature marks a minimum drop and quickly rises at minimum energy consumption. Internal EFFECTIVE temperature of about 400 °C is practically reached within just 20 minutes.

The spring-actuated door and the ergonomic handles facilitate the constant opening and closing of the oven. An automated mechanism regulates and controls the airflow, preventing any heat loss when the oven door is opened. The power control and adjustment system is state-of-the-art, features no rotating parts to avoid wear and damage, and is therefore easier to maintain and with better economy parameters. Developed and updated entirely by the engineers of Morello Forni, the software automatically secures and controls the oven's thermostatic functions during operation thanks to the use of new specific technologies. Last but not least is the special touch control system INTELTOUCH, which allows the customization of different preparation programs. The timer and the adjustment of the power and baking intensity used by the operator provide for a level of process customization which no other oven has reached yet. The aromatization option, which is a specific element, enables the achievement of the characteristic odor of wood with the pizzas baked with EVENTO.
